Shipping & Tracking Guide

International shipments may update in stages. This guide explains what customers in the United States and Australia may see.

How International Tracking Works

Stage 1: China-side processing. Stage 2: export and customs clearance. Stage 3: destination-country delivery through 17TRACK or local carrier systems when available.

Why 17TRACK May Not Show Updates at First

Before customs clearance, tracking information may not appear on 17TRACK immediately. This does not always mean the parcel has not been shipped.

Combined Tracking Numbers

Some shipments may have combined tracking numbers, such as HW6051571711SZ--LM139009839CN. You may enter the full combined number, the China-side tracking number, or the destination-country tracking number.

Ordinary Digital Tracking Numbers

Some shipments may use a single digital tracking number during China-side or pre-clearance processing. This number may need to be checked through our China-side tracking source before it appears on international tracking platforms.

United States Shipping Notes

Tracking may update in stages. China-side tracking may appear before destination-country tracking. After customs clearance or carrier handover, tracking may continue through 17TRACK or local carrier systems.

Australia Shipping Notes

Australia shipments may show limited updates before customs clearance. Destination-country tracking may continue after carrier handover. Local carrier information may depend on the shipping route.

When to Contact Us

Contact sales if tracking has not updated for several days, the tracking number cannot be found, the package shows delivered but was not received, the package appears delayed or abnormal, or the address needs correction before shipment.
